Vipin Mishra from Yuva Sangharsh Morcha Raigarh says there is a 1200 MW power plant coming up in Raigarh of Visa Power. Though the project has not got its environment clearance but the company is cutting trees and leveling ground in the area with full speed. Administration is aware of the situation but has not taken any action against this illegal work. (Visa Steel has another project in the area which has environment clearance).
