Shakeel Rizvi from Jagdalpur in Bastar district Chhattisgarh says on 11th January security forces had taken Sarpanch of Koleng village Panduram Nag for interrogation. As per law any arrested person should be produced before court within 24 hours. But till 17th January there was no trace of Mr Nag.
