No tricolor was unfurled in remote areas of Assam

Amit Kumar from Assam says on this Republic Day tricolor was unfurled in cities but there was no celebration is small places and villages. This has happened thanks to threat from a terrorist organisation. Whatever are the reasons he says it is a big question to all of us that why is this happening 61 years after our constitution was adopted
