Our electricity transformer was broken last September, Pls help get repaired......

My name is Budhan Munda, I am calling from village Dumru, Panchayat Saniya block Bangaon in district West Singhbhum in Jharkhand. The transformer for electricity was damaged 5 months ago. We gave complaints in September last year but electricity officials have not visited us. Children are suffering as they can not study in evening. We can not use pumps for irrigation.
