Village students attracted by private coaching culture in cities

Surendra Hanspal speaks to a Maths teacher in a village 75 kms away from capital Raipur in Chhattisgarh. The teacher says very few students are interested in subject like Maths in villages. The teacher says the students want to shift to cities in want of tutions. There is no culture of private coaching in villages
