Bundelkhand Vikas Yatra has reached village Singnaudi in Block Bharua Sumerpur in Hamirpur district in Uttar Pradesh where Kamal Gautam is talking to some people who tell him that 14 of them worked for Public Health and Engineering dept of Govt under NREGA a year ago but they are still waiting for more than Rs 5000 of wages each.
