Supreme Court, Govt orders farmers to pay back loan, Most in bad shape...

Ashish Sagar Dixit from Banda in Uttar Pradesh is telling us that earlier High Court had put a ban on loan recovery from farmers citing bad situation of agriculture. But recently Supreme Court has vacated that stay and in a public hearing yesterday district collector behaved very badly and asked farmers to pay back. It included families where both parents have committed suicide and children are supposed to return Rs 8.5 lakhs. How will they do so? Ashish@9621287464
