Worked for 2 months,Contractor disappeared, Company not paying, Pls help

Kunjbihari Rathor from Anuppur district in Madhya Pradesh is talking to some laborers in his village who went to work for a contractor in Jabalpur. They worked for 2 months and were given a cheque of Rs 1 lakh but the cheque bounced. The contractor has disappeared since and the manager of the parent company at 08966903077 says they will make the payment direct to the contractor. You are requested to help.
