Raju from Khetarkheda village, Vallabhnagar tahsil in Udaipur district Rajasthan is telling that his uncle died 10 days ago and his Khap(caste) panchayat is forcing them to give a feast ( Mrityu Bhoj) which is illegal. They are poor and will have to sell land for the feast. They have complained to officials but they dont help.
