Rakesh Rai from Surguja district in Chhattisgarh has met with some villagers from Pargadhi village of Singitana panchayat of Lakhanpur block who are running pillar to post for their problem. The villagers say some poles were erected but they do not have any electricity in their 45 houses but they are getting bills.
