Electricity contractor got money and gone but BPL families got nothing yet

Umesh Biswal from Jokhipali village, Bargarh dist, Odisha is telling that 225 Below Poverty Line families from the village were promised free electricity 4 years ago under Rajiv Gandhi rural electrification. A RTI reply has revealed that contractor has got the money but no one has got electricity though some polls were erected. They have complaied many times but nothing has moved.
