Allegation on Jindal Steel for illegally selling coal from captive coal mines...

Rajesh Tripathi from Jan Chetna in Raigarh Chhattisgarh is alleging that Jindal steel has been illegally selling coal from captive coal mines allocated to them since 2002. He mentions the answers given in state assembly confirming this allegation. He requests CBI to enquire into the mattter. As per law any company can not sell coal from captive mines allocated to them which is for their own use only. Company has denied the charges. For more Rajesh ji is at 9424183510
