Devi Dayal Ji from village Majra Kuberi of gram Pranchayat Ranikurd in Chitrakoot district of Uttar Pradesh is telling us that electricity came to his village in 1996 but there have been light hardly for 365 days in last 15 years. But the electricity dept regularly sends them bills. He says now also the transformer is not working but repeated complaints do not work. He says Collector should investigate.
