Govt also starting delivery of new borns in hospital but there is no water!
Naim Ejaz is telling us about lack of water facility in the Primary Health Centre (PHC) of Mahoda, in Baghmara block of Dhanbad,Jharkhand. There is no any hand pump or pipeline in the PHC. From the next month Govt has allowed, delivery of pregnant women in the PHC. In that case, the situation will become worse as there is no any source
