Poles erected 5 years ago in this Baiga village, No electricity yet, Pls help...

Maniklal Jharia Ji is calling from village Amkera in Sahpura block of Dindori district of Madhya Pradesh. He says in their village of Baiga tribals and dalits electric poles were erected 5 years ago but the electricity has not come yet. They have requested all the officials many times.
