Dilip Jaiswal from Raipur in Chhattisgarh is reminding us that you may recall the incident in Sarkeguda in Bijapur district on 28th June 2012 where many people had died in an alleged encounter. Govt had appointed a one man judicial enquiry. The commission is headed by retired judge Mr VK Agarwal. Govt has also given a building to the commission.
