Prakash Gupta is visiting Baikona village in Pratappur block of Surajur district in Chhattisgarh where a Gram Sabha is in progress where he meets many people who tell him one by one that they have not got their wages in NREGA from more than a year. Some have got some money and some got no money. They have visited officials who make them go rounds and some threaten them while also giving many excuses.
