In this Jharkhand village 90% poor are left out in new BPL list

Aparna Marandi is today visiting a village alled Tilda in Giridih district of Jharkhand. She speaks to the headman of the village who tells her that many poor people have been left out in the new Below Poverty Line( BPL) survey. There is no drinking water and people are dying after drinking dirty water. They can not get treatment because they do not have money and there are no roads. There is no water for irrigation as well as the ponds have dried and there is no electricity. If govt can look at these issues it willl help these poor people.
