IAS select says wants to bring city like facilities in villages

Surendra Hanspal is meeting Ritesh Agrawal in Kharora near Raipur in Chhattisgarh who has been selected in IAS from this small town. In the interview Mr Agarwal says he got inspiration to become an IAS from this small village where there were not much facilities and he had to live in a hostel for his education.
