Adivasi getting harassed for asking NREGA info under RTI

Rajim is talking to a 22 year boy called Mukesh Kanwar who asked for some information about NREGA work in his village in Saraipali block of Mahasamund district in Chhattisgarh. After he filed his application the village head threatened him that his BPL and NREGA card will be cancelled. Today he was called 200 kms away at block after his appeal but the officer was not present. Other officer has promised to give the details in 45 days. Rajim asks why villagers should be harassed so much in such long and expensive travels for simple informations. She requests to advise on what should Mukesh do next?
