Govt employees say they'll listen to officers not public, this must be corrected...

Rajkumar is calling from Kobna village in Hunterganj block of Chatra district in Jharkhand and says they have made a People’s committee in their village where there are more than 100 members and they meet every Sunday. This week they decided to visit local Anganwadi and found no activity there. When they contacted workers they misbehaved and said they will only talk to officers. If servants behave this way then how can democracy survive. Pls call CDPO@9431370132 to correct it. Rajkumar@7371085355
