NREGA : Neither work completed nor workers paid for years...
Rishi from Satna says in last 5 year plan people in his area worked in NREGA but neither the work of digging the wells on some farmer’s land was completed nor the workers were paid. He says more than 70 workers worked and some for more than a month. He says now the workers say they will prefer to die of hunger rather than working for NREGA.
