Officers asking for bribe to get certificate for a 3 years old child, Please help...

Arunendra Patel is calling Sorahwa village, Hinauti gram panchayat, tehsil Mangawan block Gangeo of Rewa district, in Madhya Pradesh while visiting house of Santosh Patel. Santosh registered her daughter Arti under ‘Ladli Yojana’ in 2013 when she was born. No certificate is issued even after 3 years of efforts. Officials ask for money to issue one. Please call collector@9425903973, Block supervisor@9753033652 to help so that Arti can get benefit of the scheme.Patel@9179879125
