Govt support for our house was sanctioned in 2013, still waiting, please help...

My name is Amit Kumar. I am calling from Bhaisamunda village in Block Balrampur in Balrampur district of Chhattisgarh. An Indira Awas support was sanctioned in the name of Basanti Devi wife of Rampyare in 2013 for building a concrete house. They received first instalment and started the building work but are still waiting for second instalment after 2 years.
