Contract laborer from 20 years in Govt plant, Not given any work from 3 months...

JM Rangeela is calling from Kalyani coal-handling plant of Central Coalfield Ltd in Phusronagar, Block Bermo, Bokaro district Jharkhand and is talking to laborers who are working from 1995 as contract laborers but are not given any work or payment from 3-4 months.
