We are very poor and don’t have much money but our electricity bill is around Rs 500 per month which is difficult for us to pay says wife of Chhabilal Nat from Shivpur village in Jaba block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh to Ashok Kori. They say electricity is sending a flat rate of bills.
