We adivasis fetch water from nullah 4-5 kms away, no officer listens, pls help...

My name is Leeladhar Markam. I am calling from ward no 6 of Tekapara village in Bodaras panchayat, post and thana Kukanar, tehsil Darbha, district Bastar Chhattisgarh to say that we are fetching water from nullah 4-5 kms away. We are requesting for a hand pump from more than 10 years but no one listens. No officer visits us. Animals are also suffering.
