We have poles and faulty transformer from a year but no electricity, Pls help...

Tuman Adivasi is calling from Akrari Colony, post Khaja block Jaba in Rewa district MP. We helped contractor dig holes for poles a year back but no electricity yet. We have two transformers but they are like leaves of a dry tree which gives nothing. We are around 250 houses and 3000 people who live like animals in dark. We went to everyone but no one helps.
