We paid Rs 120 each for our PAN cards last year but no sign of them yet...

Rahimuddin is calling from Bhuvneshwarpur village in Ramanujnagar block in Surajpur district in Chhattisgarh to say that in December last year Sarpanch in his village announced that everyone will have to pay Rs 120 to get mandatory PAN cards which everyone did but it is six months there is no sign of the cards.
