We drink water from a pond which is getting dried up fast, Please help...

Kailash Singh Poya is calling from ward no 1 of Devri village in Surajpur district in Chhattisgarh. He says they don’t have any hand pump in their part of village and were fetching water from a pond half a kilometer away. Now with summer the pond is also getting dry and people are digging holes to somehow get some water. Local officers are not helping.
