Indira Awas house was sanctioned in 2013, still waiting for 2nd installment...

Satyaprakash Bhanu is calling from Banjurka village in Khodri post of Pendra tehsil in Bilaspur district of Chhattisgarh. He says they are adivasis and an Indira Awas house was sanctioned in the name of his father Amritlal Bhaina in 2013. They got first installment of Rs 15,000 but since local officers are making them go round and have not paid the next installments. He suspects they are looking for bribe.
