Govt took our land for power plant in 1958, we got no power, job, health, education...

JM Rangeela is meeting displaced from Damodar Valley Corporation thermal power plant in Chandrapura in Bokaro Jharkhand. They say Govt took land from 350 people at a rate of Rs 2 in 1958. They were never rehabilitated and got no jobs. They get no facility of health, education today and many are on verge of starving.
