Kailash Singh Poya is calling from Devri village in Surajpur district in Chhattisgarh and says in ward no 1 of his village where he lives there is no hand pump. They get drinking water from a pond or a nullah which is half a kilometre away. He says they requested officers many times to dig a borewell in their part of the village but no one listens.
