NREGA: No payment from 2010 in "best performing" Surguja

Shivram Sonvani from Kachnar Adivasi Vikas Samiti Sitapur in Surguja district of Chhattisgarh today is talking to many laborers who have worked in various MGNREGA work from year 2010 but their payments have not been made. Some have got partial payment but are running from pillar to post for rest of the payment. Incidentally earlier this month Surguja was given special award by Central Government for being the best performing district in the country in MGNREGA.
