No hand pump in our part of village, officers not listening, please call them...

Lekhram Yadav has reached village Tohe in Manpur block of Rajnandgaon district in Chhattisgarh where villagers tell him that in ward no 2 of the village there are 10 families but they don’t have a hand pump. They need to go to other part of the village to get water where there is often long queue. Summer is coming and situation will only deteriorate.
