Our village got piped water connection but it has not started from 5 months...

We got piped water connection in our village 5 months back but that is yet to start says Nirbhay Mandavi. He is from Kosmi village in Manpur block of Rajnandgaon district in Chhattisgarh and tells Sarla Shrivas that they went to local officers many times with request letters but they just ignore them.
