Sarla Shriwas has reached Kandari village in Manpur block of Rajnandgaon district in Chhattisgarh where a woman from ward no 5 says they have no handpump in their part of the village. They get water from a well one kilometre away. They have been requesting block level officers from 2 years but no one helps.
