Bhan Sahu is visiting Gudaras village under Salebhatti panchayat in Manpur block of Rajnandgaon district in Chhattisgarh. She is talking to ex-Sarpanch Najukram Taram who tells him that a school boundary wall was built in 2012-13 which was sanctioned under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan but laborers have not been paid till date.
