Court orders to make list of Naxal and state violence victims

Nazir Hussain from Ranchi says Jharkhand High Court on 25th January 2012 while hearing a Public Interest Litigation by Human Rights activist Gopinath Ghosh has ordered the state Govt to produce a list of people killed by naxals and security forces in 2 weeks. The court has also asked information about compensation and other facilities provided to the victim’s familes. The next hearing of the case will take place of 15th February.
