Transformer burnt from 6 months, Bill is regular, Officers not helping, Pls call...

Rajesh Kumar is calling from Naudiha village of Sonbhadra district in Uttar Pradesh and says transformer is burnt from 6 months so villagers are suffering. They are forced to live in dark but bill is coming regularly. This was complained to officials many times but no one is paying attention.
