Water supply not working from month, officers not listening, please call them...

Sudama Singh is calling from Maharajganj village of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh and talking to local citizens who tell him that water supply is not working from a month and people need to fetch water from far. This was complained to sarpanch and public health and engineering dept but no one is paying attention.
