Govt bulldozes a basti before time anticipating a court stay!

Bhagirath Verma from Basti Bachao Andolan is talking to a citizen of a basti called Tengania in Raipur in Chhattisgarh. The Nagar Nigam had given a 3 day eviction notice and people went to court for a stay. But the bulldozers came before the time given and broke houses. Though people showed the application to the court and the stay arrived few hours after bulldozing of houses. Govt has not talked about any compensation or relocation to the people.
