Baiga tribal village in CM's area has no drinking water

From Sujankhar village in Pandaria block of Kawardha district in Chhattisgarh a Baiga adivasi says there are 40 houses in my village but there is no source of drinking water for people or animals. He says we have cpmplained to all and can show you all the receipts. He says we are from the same area from of our Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh but we are struggling for water.
