Dhirendra Rana is calling from Tikuri-32 in Mangava tehsil of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh and talking to Ram Prakash who tells him that only hand pump is broken from long and there is no other source of water nearby. They fetch water from far away. This was complained to Public Health and Engineering Dept officials including in CM helpline but they give only false assurance.
