Foundation stone was laid 3 years ago, Road still incomplete in Santhal village....

JM Rangeela is visiting Gavar mohalla in Dumri Bihar village under Siyari panchayat in Gomiya block of Bokaro district in Jharkhand where villagers tell him that 120 Santhal Adivasi families live here and foundation stone for a road was laid by former MLA on Feb 18th 2013.
