Khuturam Sunani is telling us from Nuapada in Odisha that people from Nagrik manch are sitting on a hunger strike from 15th November demanding more teachers in the village schools in the district. He alleges that this year 526 teachers were transferred and many have taken appointment in city schools by paying bribes. People from Nagrik Mach were sitting on a dharn from 21st Oct but administration has not bothered to listen to them, so they have now decided to go on hunger strike.
