Dealer took Rs 300 from each of us, still not getting regular subsidized grain...

Ramdhari Yadav is calling from Trikunda village and panchayat in Ramchandrapur block of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh to complain that they are not getting regular subsidized food grain in their village though dealer took Rs 300 from each as expenses.
