To protest lack of teachers people put a lock in the school

Barun Sunani from Nuapada district in Odisha is telling us about people putting up a lock in the school of Jogibal village from last 2 weeks demanding more teachers. In their school there are only 5 teachers for 197 students. Villagers say their children studying in different classes are forced to study under one teacher though according to Right to education act that should not be the case.
