No hand pump in our part of village, need to walk a km to get water, Pls help...

We have no hand pump for 10 families in ward no 9 under Virendra Nagar village and panchayat in Wadrafnagar block of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh. We need to go in ward no 10 to get water which is one km away. This was complained in panchayat many times but no progress has been made say village women of Virendra Nagar to Sarla Shriwas.
