No teacher in village highschool from 5 years, officers don't listen, pls help...

High school was opened in 2010 under Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan scheme but there is no teacher since then though more than 50 students are enrolled. This was complained to officials many times but no one is paying attention say villagers of Shauni village and panchayat of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh.
